Dave and Zib are a husband and wife team with a passion for food and entertaining.


Dave is classically trained in French cuisine, and studied at Le Cordon Bleu.  His not so classic training went down in his Dad's Somerville kitchen, where his father passed down the techniques and recipes taught to him by his Azorean mother - the first person to ever be featured in the Boston Globe's food section.


Dave's career began in Los Angeles working for James Beard Award winning chef Suzanne Goin.  He also cooked and operated aboard the World Famous Dosa Truck, giving the tough streets of L.A. a lesson in Indian cuisine.  Dave returned to Boston for love, and to study under Top Chef Master star and Bobby Flay protegé Patricia Yeo.


Dave's vibrant cooking (and personality) will create an amazing experience at your own dining room table.


Zib is his partner in crime.  She will make your dinner party a truly unique and relaxing experience.  She’ll serve, clear, and clean up!  Zib can also help create the perfect ambiance so you truly don't have to lift a finger.   Zib and Dave will make your home and your guests shine, from cocktails to cordials.
